All items are designed and hand crafted in my London studio at Cockpit Arts. On occasion stone setting is outsourced to a local jewellery artisans in Hatton Garden. Please note that due to the unique nature of rough diamonds and the hand crafted techniques I use each piece may vary slightly to the images shown.


I accept payment by PayPal and for my UK customers I can accept cards over the phone or by bank transfer. Please call me on 07990 593808 to arrange this. You can still pay with your credit/debit card through PayPal without setting up an account by following the instructions during checkout.

Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit in order to confirm your order. I will then request the balance to be paid in full before shipping or upon delivery.


The majority of my jewellery is made to order and each item states the delivery time at the bottom of the listing. If you need something made urgently please email me at tamara@tamaragomez.com Or please call me on 07990 593808 and I will do my best to accommodate you.


All Items in the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is tracked, insured and requires a signature upon arrival.  Please let me know if you wish for your order to be delivered to a work address.

£7 Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day 1pm) Items posted on a Friday by this service will only arrive on the following Monday. If you wish to order to arrive on a Saturday, the cost is £10 (Please contact me about this)

Import Taxes:

Unfortunately Tamara Gomez Jewellery can't be responsible for additional duties/taxes associated with customs. You can check with your country's local customs office to estimate what you can expect to pay in fees. It is the customers responsibility to know the customs law in their country and alert Tamara if there are restrictions or other issues. Once in a while a package can get held up in customs. The buyer therefore agrees to take full responsibility for the small risks involved in international shipping (delayed delivery, payment of duties, etc).

Domestic lost packages:

If for some reason Royal Mail cannot deliver your order, they will return the parcel back to me.

International lost packages:

If your order has been sent by Royal Mail once the purchase has been shipped it is in the hands of your countries postal service. I no longer have direct control over the item. If your parcel doesn't arrive within 3 weeks, unless there are major weather issues, it is considered lost and the buyer can use the unique USPS tracking number I supply to you when shipped to locate the package.

Returns and Exchanges:

We have extended our returns policy for orders placed in November and December 2017. So if your order is a Christmas gift you now have until Tuesday 8th January 2018 to contact us for an exchange or refund. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch with me immediately. Each return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis only. I am happy to exchange most items, and can give a refund in some cases. Please make sure the you send your item in its full packaging, and unworn. The item will need to be in the condition in which it was sent. If an item is to be refunded it will be done less the cost of shipping and insurance, and 4% to cover PayPal. Made to order rings or bespoke rings will also incur a 25% re-stocking fee to cover labour and materials. This 25% will come off the price of the ring only. The 4% PayPal fees will come off the ring plus shipping. 

All items must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery, FEDEX, or USPS with full insurance and proof of tracking to ensure they arrive back safe and secure. I do not accept responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returned to me and I am not responsible for postage costs for returned items. If you order a ring in the wrong size I am happy to resize it for you at an additional cost but I do not accept returns on rings that are ordered in the wrong size.

Rough Diamonds:

Since rough diamonds are not cut into standard shapes, no two rough cut diamonds look alike. This makes them highly desirable for those wanting unique personal jewellery. Please note that due to the unique nature of rough diamonds and the hand crafted techniques we use each piece may vary very slightly than the images shown.
